Using this website, submitting a contact form, or signing a service agreement constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using this website and our services immediately.
Any service described on this website constitutes an indicative offering. A binding contract is only formed after the Client provides written approval of a quote and Maad Max Agency confirms acceptance. Prices are expressed in US Dollars (USD) and may be revised at any time; the applicable price is the one agreed upon in the signed quote.

Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, ownership of final deliverables (content, websites, visuals, automation workflows) is transferred to the Client upon receipt of payment in full. Maad Max Agency reserves the right to reference the collaboration in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement prohibits it. Internal methodologies, templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by Maad Max Agency remain its exclusive property.
Timelines stated in service agreements are estimates and are contingent on the Client's timely cooperation (providing access, approvals, and content). Any delay attributable to the Client may result in a proportional extension of the delivery timeline without any liability on the part of Maad Max Agency.
Payment terms (deposits, installment schedules, or payment in full) are specified in each individual service agreement. All payment rules are governed by our Refund Policy, which the Client acknowledges having read and accepted prior to making any payment.
Maad Max Agency employs reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally and to the highest standard. However, Maad Max Agency does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (revenue, rankings, conversion rates, or lead volume), as results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maad Max Agency's total liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for that specific service.
Maad Max Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service engagement in the event of a material breach of these Terms by the Client, including non-payment. All amounts already paid remain earned by Maad Max Agency in accordance with our Refund Policy. Upon termination, the Client loses access to any ongoing managed services or deliverables in progress.
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts located in the State of Kentucky.
Maad Max Agency may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page at the time of your visit. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
