All payments made to Maad Max Agency LLC, regardless of amount or payment method (deposit, installment, or payment in full), are final and non-refundable once submitted. By confirming a quote and processing payment, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts this policy.
Maad Max Agency LLC allocates human, technical, and creative resources immediately upon confirmation of an order — often before any visible work has begun (scheduling, research, tool configuration, and project preparation). For this reason, no refund, partial or total, will be issued once a payment has been made, including in cases of change of mind, early termination of the project at the Client's initiative, or non-use of delivered work.
This policy applies to all services offered by Maad Max Agency LLC, including but not limited to:
For services billed in multiple installments, each payment is earned by Maad Max Agency LLC upon receipt and is non-refundable, even if the Client terminates the engagement before project completion. Remaining installments owed under a signed agreement remain due unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
In the exceptional circumstance where Maad Max Agency LLC is clearly unable to begin a fully paid service through no fault of the Client, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, and may offer an appropriate resolution (rescheduling, credit, or adjustment). This remains an exception — the no-refund policy is the default applicable to all services.
Marketing, content, and automation services involve creative judgment and depend on external factors (market conditions, audience behavior, third-party platforms, and algorithms). Dissatisfaction with creative direction, style, or commercial outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided the service was delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
The Client acknowledges that all services provided by Maad Max Agency LLC are custom, personalized services that commence upon confirmation of the agreement. By signing a quote and completing payment, the Client accepts that service execution may begin immediately and expressly waives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any right of cancellation that might otherwise apply to remotely delivered services.
Any bank dispute or chargeback initiated without legitimate grounds for a payment that complies with this policy may be contested by Maad Max Agency LLC with the payment issuer, supported by documentation of services rendered. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in termination of all active services and referral to relevant authorities.
